My name is Adam. I'm a 37 year old amateur wildlife photographer and have been shooting photos since around 2008.
I guess you can tell that my interests have migrated (no pun intended) away from birds and rested on the many hairy legs of jumping spiders and various insects. I simply love the primal complexity of spiders and the eyes of jumpers just give them so much personality. They're fun to work with too. I love my birds, but spiders are more interesting these days. Plus, I think they get a rather undeserved, poor, reputation. I'd like to dispel some of those fears.
My main reason for sharing these photos with you all is because the amazing things I get to see are often overlooked by most people. I'd like people to learn to love the world around them and the animals (even the nasty ones) that we share a planet with.
I certainly appreciate any comments you may have. As we all know, photography is an evolving process and I'm trying my best to keep up!
Besides all of that, when I'm not shooting photos I play bass guitar, sing, listen to a lot of good metal, work on my cars, read, and watch too much TV. I'd love to talk to some fellow Pittsburghers on here that share my interests. If anyone ever needs a field partner, I'm game! I'd love to trade ideas.
Thanks for checking out my page. I hope some of my photos can make your day a little bit better. Take care, all of you deviants!
